The house has a 600 Mbit highspeed internet which is included in the price. The entire house has Wifi. A gaming room, which is equipped with pool table, table football, table tennis and darts. In the living room you will find a 65" TV with Netflix, Prime, other streaming app services and a Wii games console. To the left of this (upper terrace) is the outdoor SPA area with whirlpool / jacuzzi for 6 people and shower, washbasin and toilet, below this is the sun terrace and below this the 18m2 swimming pool and to the right of this is the fitness centre.
Villa Vista Mar in Tias has a great location with beautiful sea views. A pleasant 10-minute walk will take you to the centre of Tias. The town of Tias offers restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. Puerto del Carmen with its numerous cocktail bars, bars, restaurants and shops is 8 minutes away by car. Likewise to the beautiful sandy beach of Playa Grande. But the beautiful beach of Playa Honda or Playa de Matagorda can be reached just as quickly. The old town and the harbour are also easily accessible by car. The impressive 5 bedroom villa is bright and cosy, with a stylish design and a large jacuzzi / Jacuzzi. The bedrooms are heated and air-conditioned.
With a living area of more than 360 sqm, the villa has all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. In addition to the 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed (maximum occupancy 10 persons), there are 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, a reception, a gaming room, a SPA area, an 85 sqm roof terrace as well as two further outdoor terraces and the 18 sqm swimming pool on the property.
The bedrooms in the upper building area (3 bedrooms) are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The bedrooms in the lower building area (2 bedrooms) are equipped with heaters. All bedrooms have flat-screen smart TVs and are set up with various streaming services (Prime, Netflix and others). The bedrooms all have wardrobes or built-in cupboards for your clothes as well as towels for your stay. Attached to the master bedroom you will find a dressing room and a private bathroom. From the master bedroom room you can access the tea and coffee lounge and from there the roof terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding area. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower, bidet and WC.
In the basement you will find the gaming room, which is equipped with pool table, table football, table tennis and darts. Also in the basement is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, where you can do your laundry during your stay. There you will also find an iron, ironing board and spare towels.
In the spacious kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. The kitchen has a ceramic hob / cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, Sandwitchmaker, fully automatic coffee machine and much more.
From there you enter the dining room from where you can enjoy the sea view and the view of the whirlpool while having breakfast. In the living room you will find a 65" folding screen smart TV with Netflix, Prime and a Wii games console as well as 2 sofas and a beautiful view of the sea.
To the left of this (upper terrace) is the outdoor spa area with a 6-person Jacuzzi in a conservatory (sheltered from the wind and warm), the pool shower, a washbasin and WC. Here you can also enjoy the view of the sea from the whirlpool / jacuzzi, for example with a bottle of champagne. Below the SPA is the sun terrace. Below the sun terrace is the 18m2 swimming pool with surrounding sun terrace.
In the outdoor area, the boccia court, the archery range, the volleyball and badminton court complete the offer.
Here you can let off steam freely. Most areas of the building and grounds are screened from view.

During your stay you should consider the following information.
The villa has an alarm system, which must always be activated when leaving the villa! The property is under video surveillance.
The furnishings are not to be moved and may remain in their place.
The interior furnishings and indoor furniture in the villa are not suitable for outside use or even allowed to be taken away.
Shower towels are provided, one smaller and one larger per person. Beach towels are not provided. You have to provide your own shower and toiletries. However, there is usually already something in the villa through previous tenants.
For the coffee machine you need coffee beans, which you can easily buy in the supermarkets or are already available from previous tenants. The same applies to detergent and washing-up liquid.
Please pay attention to hygiene when using the pool and hot tube. Hot tubes are generally very warm, which means that bacteria can spread quickly and the water quality is quickly affected. Therefore, it is strongly advised to always shower before use. This also applies to the heated pool!
Please do not make any changes to the settings of the technology, professional staff are engaged for this.
The air conditioning is time-controlled and is available at meal times and in the evening hours.
You are on an island. Here, special care should be taken with the resources. Water is a precious resource and should not be wasted. Rubbish should be separated for the sake of the island's environment. The following separation should be observed: Plastic and metal (YELLOW), paper (BLUE), glass (GREEN), residual waste (GREY) (food waste/non-recyclable).
At the junction where you turn to go up the hill to the villa there are large rubbish containers. These are the containers used to dispose of your rubbish.

We are available via WhatsApp and by phone during the hours of 9am to 10pm. Late check-in and self check-in are possible without any problems.
Check out must be done by 10 am. A longer stay can be arranged, if possible, against payment.
This must be agreed and announced before arrival.
